Development of a mixed-use property. The construction of a plinth building over the entire area of the property is planned. A building will be erected on the base, which will take up the existing perimeter block development in a height development. A twelve-storey high-rise building will be built in the central part of the site, the height of which is oriented towards the KaDeWe. An underground car park with over 400 parking spaces will be built underground. The 25-meter deep excavation pit will be the deepest in Berlin.
