Development of a mixed-use property.


The construction of a plinth building over the entire area of the property is planned. A building will be erected on the plinth, which will take up the existing block edge development in a height development. In the middle part of the site, a twelve-storey high-rise building will be built, the height of which will be oriented towards the KaDeWe. An underground car park with over 400 parking spaces will be built underground.


The 25 metre deep excavation pit will be the deepest in Berlin.


Rentable area of the planned new building: approx. 20,000 m2
