SIGNA develops and implements the STREAM office building system. In the immediate vicinity of the Mercedes-Benz Arena, a Leed-certified high-rise is being built on the Mediaspree [Technology – Media – Telecommunications] campus. The project management services for SIGNA will be provided by the PEB project management association, consisting of emproc Bauprojektmanagememt [technical lead manager] and Prof. Burkhardt Ingenieure [commercial lead manager]. The project management community operates on the basis of a long-standing and equally consistently successful cooperation in the management and implementation of outstanding large-scale projects.
